The stairs of my home creaked as I walked down them. my bare feet met the downstairs floor. and became cold . I walked to the kitchen and the atmosphere was overwhelming . Food sizzling, steam arising, timers beeping, smells mixing with one another, the room was immensely noisy. I couldn't really remember exactly why I went to the kitchen in the first place. With no goal set in mind I carelessly opened the fridge, scanned it , closed it, and walked away. "Honey, what are you looking for?" my mom said to me, she must have seen me struggling to find a busy. "Oh nothing just walking around." I giggled once I said those words. I didn't have much of a reason to be in the kitchen, so I went to go find a different place that could occupy me. Before I could step out of the kitchen my mom stopped me and asked me, "Hey Leni, can you go grab me some lemons?". And that's when I remembered exactly why I was downstairs, to go get a taste of fresh air. "Yes, of course I can!" my mom smiled and said "Thanks!". I walked outside and what a relief it was quiet! I walked to our lemon tree but before I went to go pick some lemons, I checked on my baby lemon tree. When I say baby lemon tree, I mean I planted a legit lemon tree seed. I planted it in a little tin can just to see if it would grow, and holy guacamole, it did! My baby lemon tree had grew really tall! I knew the tin can wouldn't be able to house it forever so I decided to transfer it into a bigger pot. I searched my backyard and found an empty pot, and I thought, "Sweet, this will be perfect!". I transfered my baby lemon tree to a bigger home. Now, it's happier than ever and growing bigger and bigger each week!
