Today was a pretty good day, but I think I could do better with my eating habits.
Breakfast:
-2 Chocolate Chip Granola Bars
Lunch:
-Salad
-Bottle of water
Dinner:
-Chile Rellenos
- 1 Serving of Mexican Rice
- 1 Bowl of Cereal (Lucky Charms)
Snacks:
-1 bag of Chips
-5 Crackers
Hahahaha okay so I do think I should eat more. The amount of food I eat at different times of the day is pretty unsteady. I should start balancing out what I'm eating and when I'm eating it. During the day I'm never in one place for too long so when I get my hands on food I consume it in a rush. I think I should stop and breath and just think "Hey, relax it's okay.". Always having adrenaline running through my veins pushes me away from wanting lots of food. Yes I'm not eating a lot, but that's not good I should be eating more for a girl my age.
