Woah okay, it's thanksgiving break already! I'm prepared for Thursday, so so so prepared! Can't wait to have all those leftovers either! Well other than my excitement for food, I'm really trying to watch what I eat. That sounds ridiculous coming from a fourteen year old but I want to give my body the nutritions it needs.
Breakfast:
1 Omelette with Cheese
2 Glasses of Chocolate Milk
Lunch:
3 Carne Asada Street Tacos!!!(:
1 Serving of Mexican Rice (Again)
1 Bottled Water
Dinner:
1 Bowl of Chicken Noodle Soup
2 Carne Asada Street Tacos
1 Glass of Apple Juice
Snacks:
1 Bowl of Cereal
Oh my goodness, I'm still eating very little! Well it's a pretty good amount now that I rethink this. It's not too much but it's still not the greatest things I could be eating. Cereal as a snack?! Hahaha yeah, that needs to change. Especially, when I think about this the time I had tacos was practically an hour after I at breakfast! Dinner was consumed pretty late too. I really need to balance out the amounts of food I eat, next week the struggle for me shouldn't be so difficult.
